If you have a git repository and you want to grant permissions to an existing user, this can be done like the following:
After you log in click on your project, to enter its details:
Now on the navigation to the left you find “Project information -> Members”, where you can manage your members:
Next, search for the person you want to give permissions to, in the text field “People”:
Now the most important part, select the permission you would like to grant this user, you can choose between Guest / Reporter / Developer / Maintainer, to get more information about these variants please visit the following page:
Finally save the data you have inserted:
