&lt;p&gt;Each member of D-MATH is provided with &lt;strong&gt;100 GB of storage&lt;/strong&gt; for backing up client data (laptop and/or desktop). The backup storage &lt;strong&gt;must be requested&lt;/strong&gt; via:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="https://backup.math.ethz.ch/"&gt;https://backup.math.ethz.ch&lt;/a&gt; &lt;em&gt;(use VPN if you are not on the ETH network)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After logging in, set a label for your backup account and click &lt;strong&gt;“Create”&lt;/strong&gt; :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Unison is a file-synchronisation tool for Linux, Mac and Windows.
